Get to know our company through its most recent activities in Thessaloniki
Our company designs and builds modern private projects, with emphasis on design and quality in their construction. Main goal of our company is the construction of buildings on privately owned plots. The stages of design and supervision of the buildings are made by our engineers, so that the respective project will be fully and continuously supervised for its integrity and qualitative development.
An important part of our activities is also the old apartments and business premises renovations. We intervene on a large scale upgrading the spaces so that they will be aesthetically and functionally perfect, achieving the maximum possible energy savings at the same time .
In the context of real estate management and operation, our company deals with the sale and lease of premises that belong to our portfolio. In our portfolio are included apartments, offices, shops, and car parks in Thessaloniki and Athens.
